The Grotto Spiritual Supply is an online retailer and service provider specializing in the making and selling of spiritual supplies. All products are handmade by a practitioner and are to be ordered and shipped via USPS. We also offer spiritual services including tarot readings, Reiki sessions, and Reiki training. Readings and Reiki sessions can be given virtually via phone call or in-person. Training is done in-person at a New Day Studios. The Grotto also has a blog titled “the Grotto’s take” and can be accessed via the navigation bar. There we discuss spiritual topics with an emphasis on Reiki and other educational content. Blog access is currently free and open for commenting.

User Responsibilities:
Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when making purchases, booking services (e.g., tarot readings or Reiki sessions), or creating an account.
Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to interact respectfully with others via the Grotto’s take. This includes not engaging in offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior when commenting on blog posts.
Use of Products: Users are responsible for using the spiritual supplies or services safely and appropriately. OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. We are not responsible for any consequences from misuse of our products or services.

Intellectual Property: Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content (product images, descriptions, or services) without our permission. This includes blog posts. Booking and Cancellations: For services like Reiki or tarot readings, users must follow our guidelines for booking appointments and provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. After purchasing a session, reading, or training, a team member will reach out to you directly to book your appointment. We understand that life happens, and we want to accommodate changes to your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Respect for Privacy: Users must not misuse any personal or confidential information obtained through their interactions with our platform, especially regarding consultations or services like readings, where confidentiality might be important.
Adherence to Local Laws: Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws when making purchases or using your services.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer: Users should acknowledge that spiritual services like Reiki and tarot readings are not a substitute for medical or professional advice. Feedback and Reviews: Users are encouraged to leave honest reviews or feedback about your products and services but must avoid defamatory or misleading statements.
Payment Terms: If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy which allows you to send returned items to us and receive a full refund. User is responsible for shipping fees and the products MUST BE IN DECENT CONDITION. Meaning not fully used, labels still intact and non-tampered with packaging. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE INCLUDING REIKI SESSIONS, REIKI TRAINING, AND READINGS. Termination of Service: The Grotto Spiritual Supply has a right to terminate any service with users failing to comply with these terms. Disrespectful or hateful behavior towards our practitioners or staff will not be tolerated under any condition. We strive to cultivate a safe, positive environment both in-person and virtually. Any inappropriate sexual comments or behavior will result in the termination of your service and, if necessary will be reported to authorities.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disagreement, dispute, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, we encourage you to first contact us directly to try to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted by an independent arbitrator.
Arbitration Process: The arbitration will be administered by an arbitration organization of our choosing under its rules and regulations. The arbitration will be conducted in the state of Tennessee, and any award or decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action related to these Terms of Service shall be filed in the appropriate courts in Memphis, Tennessee USA and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
